Billing/Data Entry Clerk

FT/40 hrs. Provide data entry, tracking, and filing of mental health services documentation in accordance with county Medi-Cal and Department of Mental Health standards and regulations. Assist in the quality assurance review of mental health documentation. Provide clerical support to department personnel. Must be detail oriented with the patience and persistence to properly research billing issues. Must also understand basic accounting principles, be able to work under deadline pressure, and have a minimum of one year previous data entry experience. This position requires the ability to professionally and effectively communicate with staff at all levels (both verbally and in writing) and be a team player. Familiarity with County DMH ELMR System and managed care billing processes extremely helpful. Some previous experience with Quality Assurance and the Quality Management process also preferred. Residential

Youth Partner

FT, PT and On-Call. Responsible for the supervision of youth (males, ages 12-18) in a residential group home. This includes mentoring and being a good role model, teaching independent living skills, behavior modifications and crisis management. Qualified applicants must be at least 21 years of age. Residential Manager

FT/40 hrs. The Residential Manager is responsible for providing case management services to program residents, as well as providing oversight of day-to-day house operations and staff supervision. Position will implement and supervise effective program of care as devised by treatment team and directed by Residential Director. Mental Health Clinician

FT/40 hrs. Provide therapeutic services to children and adolescents enrolled in our Residential Treatment Homes. Develop and implement client treatment plans and provide case management. Position will also require running of various group therapy sessions. Candidates should have substance abuse training and be open to working with duel diagnosis and S.O. populations. Must be MFT or MSW with intern number or license (position can provide supervised hours toward licensure).
