Resource Specialist

FT/40hrs. Assist the Program Director in the effective coordination and completion of Wraparound’s community-based connections, resource development planning, program enrichment and outcome/ aftercare contractual responsibilities. Develop/ Maintain contractual aftercare support services including reporting data, completing follow up phone calls and connecting families to community resources as well as documenting all aftercare services provided. Conduct or coordinate trainings linking staff to community-based resources that may enrich or support the Wraparound process with current or graduated families. Program Supervisor

Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the Wraparound sites, monitor program compliance with Statement of Work, and serve as liaison between Wraparound offices and Olive Crest administration. Implement the directives of the Wraparound Director in areas of program administration, finance, outcomes and treatment. Train and supervise Behavior Specialist, Facilitator, Parent Partner and Therapist involving the Wraparound philosophy, clinical and administrative issues. The Parent Partner is responsible for providing guidance and support to families or caregivers in a variety of environments by utilizing the Shared Core Practice Model, Four Step Process and Wraparound principles to guide families through the process. This position will work independently in the family’s home and in a variety of community and/or treatment settings. The Parent Partner serves as a liaison for parent involvement and co-facilitates parent support group. In coordination the Wraparound team, the Parent Partner will develop and implement client treatment plans specific to the client’s diagnosis. Ensure that Olive Crest Academies policy of behavioral management  and behavioral interventions are implemented as written.  Individual student’s behavioral interventions are implemented as written in the Behavior Intervention Plans, Individual Education Plans (IEPs), Treatment Team Plans, and that required documentation is maintained by the entire Treatment Team. FT/40 hrs. Oversees foster home licensing in assigned geographic area. Responsible for licensing and re-licensing process, recruiting and retaining foster homes, and providing quality customer service. Ensures compliance with Licensing Division requirements and investigates licensing complaints. Qualified candidates must have a BA in Social Services or a related field and knowledge of/previous experience with foster care licensing. Must be able to drive to homes within the assigned geographic area and be able to work evenings and weekends as needed.

ILS Case Manager (Bremerton)

FT/40 hrs.  Provide case management services to 25 – 30 youth (case load will vary depending on census). Provide foster youth preparing to age out of foster care transitional support services, including but not limited to, housing, education, employment, basic life skills and permanency. Case managers will be responsible for initial intake through exit processes with youth and will serve eligible youth ages 15-23 years old. Services provided will be in compliance to the ILS contract from Washington State DCYF. ILS case managers work on behalf of the youth to equip each youth with the skills to successfully transition to independence. Qualified candidates must have a BA or MA in Social Services, or Human Service field. Must have flexible work hours, including some evenings and weekends when needed.

Unpaid Church Engagement Intern (Bellevue)

PT/10-20 hrs. Intern will help support local churches who are launching Wraparound Care Communities to support foster families. Responsible for providing administrative support to the Church Engagement team, helping schedule and support volunteer orientations, and assisting with regional church advocates video gatherings.
