Case Manager (Bellevue)
FT/40 hrs. Provide caregiver support services to up to 25 children (case load will vary depending on census). Caregiver support includes the activities that assist the caregiver in navigating the child welfare system to support a child or youth in their care to access needed medical, social, educational, and other necessary services. The Intake Coordinator will be available to participate in engagement activities that result in the development of partnerships with the local faith community/Churches as needed (recruiting, developing, training, supervising Strong (Host) Families Program Church ministry leaders, volunteers, etc). Will also supervise volunteers and interns who assist with day-to day operations of community partnership/intake portions of program. Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years experience working with at-risk youth and families. Salary range $23-$25 DOE.
DEVELOPMENT / FUNDRAISING
Development Assistant (Bellevue)
FT/40 hrs. Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to the Development Director and the regional development team. Some responsibilities include in partnership with the Development Director, manage up to two Olive Crest signature fundraising events including budget creation, volunteer coordination and event management; assist with tracking and managing various aspects of fundraising activities from donors utilizing a dedicated donor relationship management software program, Raisers Edge. Must have three years of experience of administrative duties or within a fund development environment. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Salary Range: $23-$28 DOE.
Development Intern – Unpaid
PT/10-20 hrs. as needed. Preference is to have someone from June – October, 2024, with a 3-month minimum commitment. Will work alongside development staff to assist in the preparation for our upcoming fundraising Gala. Procure, pick up, store and manage tracking and documentation for auction and raffle items for the event. Work with other event staff to package procured items for the event.
