FT/40 hrs. Behavioral Health Specialist

FT/40 hrs. Provides direct service to children and families as identified in an individualized Wraparound plan of care. This position works independently in the family’s home and in a variety of community and/or treatment settings. Provides support services and skills training to children and family members including but not limited to behavioral modification programs, independent living skills, home management/household services, transportation assistance and temporary in-home caretaker. Clinical Supervisor

Candidates will be responsible for the supervision of assigned clinicians and consulting clinical staff; while working with the Mental Health QA department and programs to coordinate quality clinical care for Olive Crest youth. Supervisors will provide all interns with at least 1-hour individual clinical supervision per week; and all clinicians with at least 2 hours of group supervision per week. Therapeutic Behavioral Services (TBS) Coach (Bellflower)

FT/40 hrs. The Therapeutic Behavioral Services (TBS) Coach will provide immediate individualized behavioral assistance and 1:1 interventions with adolescents to provide additional short-term support to prevent placement in group home or locked mental health facility, or to facilitate a transition to a lower level of residential care. The TBS Coach will assist clients in enhancing daily living and independent living skills. This is a field-based position. FT/ 40 hrs. This position is responsible for providing therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and adults enrolled in our Mental Health programs. Develop and implement client treatment plans, provide related services such as case management and collateral care. FT/40 hrs. The Intake and Housing Coordinator will be responsible for administration of the intake department and the intake process leading to the placement of a young adult in the THP+FC program. The Intake and Housing Coordinator will also be responsible for identifying and locating housing options suitable for our participants, as well as creating and maintain linkages with property managers, and for preparing the items needed for client’s move in. The CE Associate is responsible for the execution of Olive Crest’s church engagement strategy in assigned areas of Los Angeles County with the goal of developing sustainable church ministries caring for families in crisis and at-risk children. Provide case management services to 15-20 children. Supervise the intake for each placement and provide support for the child and foster parents. This includes: Ensuring that each child’s needs are met; providing the child with needed services and supporting the foster family; in partnership with the Licensing team ensuring that each foster home is in compliance with all Olive Crest Foster Family Agency policies and State policies/WAC’s; educating, counseling, training, and supporting foster parents in meeting the foster child’s overall needs and addressing any issues that arise; working collaboratively with other stakeholders to meet the children and families’ needs as well as represent quality foster care and reunification work in the community. Licensing Coordinator/Foster Family Specialist (Bellevue) 

FT/40 hrs. Oversees foster home licensing in assigned geographic area. Ensure compliance with Licensing Division (LD) requirements, investigation of licensing complaints, recruitment, and retention of foster homes. Pre-screen potential foster families and make referrals to outside agencies as applicable. ILS Case Manager (Bremerton)

FT/40 hrs. Provide case management services to 25-30 youth (case load will vary depending on census). Provide foster youth preparing to age out of foster care transitional support services, including but not limited to, housing, education, employment, basic life skills and permanency. Case managers will be responsible for initial intake through exit processes with youth and will serve eligible youth ages 15-23 years old. Services provided will be in compliance to the ILS contract from Washington State DSHS. ILS case managers work on behalf of the youth to equip each youth with the skills to successfully transition to independence. FT 40 hrs. Provide support services to foster families, transport clients to visits, and monitor visitations while ensuring the safety of the child at all times. Communicate with assigned case managers verbally and provide written visitation reports in a timely manner. Participate in program trainings and team meetings. Qualified candidates must have a high school diploma or GED with 12 months documented experience working with children and families; OR an AA degree in Human Services or a related field with 6 months documented experience; OR a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or a related field. Should have knowledge of child safety and basic child development/milestones. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication, and effective problem solving also required. Must have flexible work hours, including some evenings and weekends.
