Outpatient Clinician

FT/40hrs. Provide therapeutic services to clients; assessment, treatment planning, individual, group and family therapy, discharge planning, participation in Child and Family Team under the direct supervision of the Outpatient Program Manager. Provide weekly individual, group, and/or family therapy to clients and caregivers. Maintain detailed records of significant contacts, incidents, relationships, treatment team meetings, group, individual, and family sessions, and case management activity. Parent Partner

FT/40 hrs. Provide guidance and support to families or caregivers in a variety of environments. This position will also frequently work independently in the family’s home and in a variety of community and/or treatment settings. Serves as a liaison for parent involvement and co-facilitates parent support. Must have previous relevant experience advocating for at-risk children/and or children with special needs, such as being the parent of or close family member of a child with special needs. Must possess a valid California driver’s license with good driving as determined by Olive Crest’s insurance carrier, plus reliable transportation. Bilingual (English/Spanish) required. This position is at an hourly rate of $23.50/hr.

Associate Development Director (Riverside)

FT/40 hrs. Responsible for building and growing relationships with individual donors, businesses, and community partners to support Olive Crest’s mission. This role manages a portfolio of donors, cultivates new funding opportunities, coordinates corporate sponsorships and fundraising efforts, and serves as a visible ambassador in the community. Qualified candidates will have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least two years of success securing major gifts of $10,000 or more, and three or more years of experience in fundraising, nonprofit development, volunteer engagement, or event coordination. Salary $90,000-$100,000.

HR Coordinator

FT/40hrs. Supports onboarding, employee training, audits, and clearance processes while providing administrative support to the IE HR office and assisting with recruitment for direct service roles in an office-based setting. Bachelor’s degree preferred in Communications, Business, or a related field, with strong organizational, technical, and communication skills; prior HR experience preferred. The starting salary range is $28.00 to $30.00 based on experience.

Residential
STRTP Program Director (Riverside)

FT/40 hrs. The Program Director will oversee overall operation of the Short-Term Residential Therapeutic Program (STRTP). This includes but is not limited to overseeing the hiring and training of the House Supervisors and on-call staff, preparing and implementing the program budgets, interfacing with state licensing and county placement agencies. Qualified candidates must possess a relevant master’s degree, have an MFT, MSW or LPCC and be license eligible, and at least three years of administrative or supervisory experience overseeing social work or direct care staff in a licensed facility serving children’s capacity of six or more.  This position is salaried starting at $90,000- $105,000/year.

Youth Partner (Perris)

FT/40hrs. Responsible for the supervision of youth (males and females, ages 12-18) in a residential group home. This includes mentoring and being a good role model, teaching independent living skills, behavior modifications and crisis management. Qualified applicants must be at least 21 years of age. One year of previous residential experience in a related field preferred but not required. Bachelor’s degree is preferred or professional experience in foster care or providing care for at-risk youth. This position is at an hourly rate of $25/hour.

Transitional Housing Programs

Education and Employment Coach (Riverside)

FT/40 hrs. The Education & Employment Coach supports youth participating in the Transitional Housing Program by helping them build the skills and resources needed for successful independent living. This role provides guidance in education, employment readiness, financial literacy, permanency planning, and life skills while fostering a safe, stable, and supportive living environment. Qualified candidates will possess a bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or a related field, along with at least two years of experience working in a human services setting. Previous experience working with CSEC youth preferred. Rate $25 hourly.

WRAPAROUND

Facilitator (Riverside)

FT/40 hrs. The Facilitator is responsible to facilitate the Wraparound process for Child and Family Teams.  Maintain highly coordinated communication with all family members, system partners, and other individuals involved in the life of the child and family.  Guide the Child and Family Teams in the development of Plans of Care and Crisis and Safety Plans according to Wraparound timelines. Qualified candidates must have a related bachelor’s degree with two years of relevant work in the field of family or child welfare services OR equivalent experience. The starting salary range is $27.00 to $28.50 based on education and experience.

Mental Health

Wraparound Clinician (Riverside)

FT/40hrs. Provide therapeutic services to children and adolescents in Olive Crest’s Wraparound program, supporting at-risk youth and families through individualized treatment and compassionate care. The Wraparound Mental Health Clinician is responsible for developing treatment plans, providing case management, and delivering direct therapeutic services while collaborating with Child and Family Teams (CFT), schools, and community partners. Key responsibilities include conducting assessments, creating and implementing treatment plans, maintaining Medi-Cal compliant documentation, and participating in monthly CFT meetings. The clinician will provide clinical consultation to staff, communicate with social workers and probation officers, and be available to respond to crisis situations both during and outside of working hours. Qualified candidates must be bilingual in English and Spanish and hold an MSW or MFT (with intern number or license). A minimum of 1–2 years of experience working with at-risk populations is required. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential, the ability to pass a background clearance, and a valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record. This position is full-time, salaried, starting at $70,305/year.

FOSTER AND ADOPTION

Case Manager (Riverside)

FT/40hrs. The Case Manager will provide services to 12-15 children (caseload will be prorated based on hours worked per week). Supervise the placement for each assigned foster child and provide support for the child and foster parents. This includes ensuring that each child’s needs are met. Making sure that each foster home is in compliance with all Olive Crest Foster Family Agency policies, County policies and Title 22 policies. Instructing, counseling, training, and supporting foster parents in dealing with the foster child’s needs and problems.  Qualified candidates must have a master’s degree in social work, social welfare or other related fields and related work experience.  The starting salary is $70,500 per year.

Development Intern, Unpaid (Bellflower)

Fall to December Internship. This internship provides experience within the Development team, supporting administrative responsibility, donor stewardship, and major event planning and execution. Alongside the Development team, this intern will gain insight into non-profit development efforts which support services for children and families. COMMUNITY DROP-IN CENTER

Drop-in center Unpaid Internship (Los Angeles)

Summer Internship. The Drop-In Center Intern will gain hands-on experience working with at-risk and commercially sexually exploited youth in a community-based setting. The intern will support program staff in providing basic needs assistance, including food and clothing distribution, engaging youth in positive interactions, and helping maintain a safe, welcoming, and trauma-informed environment. This internship offers exposure to youth advocacy, trauma-informed care, community resources, and nonprofit program operations. Minimum third year undergraduate student with a clean criminal record.

MENTAL HEALTH

Quality Assurance Specialist (Bellflower)

FT 40hr/week. The Quality Assurance Specialist, under the direction of QA Supervisor, will provide support related to quality assurance, compliance, billing, and contract monitoring activities for Los Angeles County Mental Health, Wraparound services, and Mental Health Partnership with Schools. This role will be responsible for quality assurance review of documentation, and the gathering and tracking of outcomes data and reports.  This person is expected to contribute to keeping high agency standards while supporting high-quality services and positive outcomes for children and families. Qualified Candidates must have a completed associates or bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Human Services or related field, with one year of experience within Quality Assurance/Improvement. Starting pay rate is $28 per hour.

Child Family Specialist – Bilingual (Bellflower)

FT 40hr/week. The Child Family Specialist, under the guidance of the Program Supervisor and functioning as a member of an assigned team, will provide direct services to children and families receiving intensive mental health services. This is a field-based role serving clients throughout the LA County SPA 7 & 8 area with an on-site office located in Bellflower, CA. This position will work independently in the family’s home and in a variety of community and/or treatment settings. Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and one-year experience working with high-risk youth or an Associate’s degree in a related field plus two (2) years’ experience working with high-risk youth. Human Resources Recruiter (Santa Ana)

FT/40hrs. Responsible for recruiting staff for assigned divisions and departments, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process. High Fidelity Wraparound Program Director (Santa Ana)

FT/40 hrs. Responsible for the oversight and success of the program. The ideal candidate will have experience supervising both professional and paraprofessional staff and working with families with complex needs. The role involves monitoring contract compliance, ensuring fidelity to the service model, and adherence to agency standards. Master’s degree in psychology, Social Work, or a related field required. Ability to provide clinical supervision required. LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC strongly preferred. Fluency in Spanish preferred. Starting salary of $90,000-$95,000 based on experience. 

High Fidelity Wraparound Program Supervisor (Santa Ana)

FT/40 hrs. Responsible to provide supervisory oversight to mental health clinicians and other staff involved in the delivery of mental health services in the High Fidelity Wraparound Program. Qualified candidates must have an LMFT, LCSW or LPCC, be 2 years post licensure and eligible to provide clinical supervision. Starting salary of $85,000-$90,000 per year, based on experience.

High Fidelity Wraparound Clinician (Santa Ana)

FT/40 hrs. Will provide therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and families with the goal of achieving/maintaining stability for the children and families. Foster and Adoptions Masters-level Internship (San Diego)

Fall Placement, 20 hrs./wk. Practicum students must be enrolled in a master’s program. The MSW Intern in the Foster Care Program plays a meaningful role in supporting children and families while gaining hands-on experience in a mission-driven, professional environment. Foster Family/Mental Health

Clinician (Las Vegas)

FT/40 hrs. This position will provide assessment and mental health services (individual and family therapy) to children and families in home-based, community, and office settings. Will complete assessments as well as develop and implement treatment plans. Case load of 20-30 clients with approximately 90 sessions per month.  Qualified candidates must have a master’s degree in counseling, social work, human services, or a related field and must have a valid Nevada state license issued by their respective professional governing board or be license eligible. Supervision of licensure hours may be available. Bilingual fluency (English/Spanish) is also preferred. Background clearance will be required for this position. Must have reliable transportation. Salary range is $75,000 to $80,000 per year.

Family Preservation/Strong Families

Family Support Specialist 

FT/40 hours. This position will provide in-home prevention, counseling, and support services to children and families as well as case management services to families in our Family Resource Center. Services will include completing family assessments, establishing service plans, and recording data into the county and Olive Crest systems. Qualified candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in psychology, sociology, or a related field and at least one year of experience providing in-home services to children and families.  Bilingual fluency (English/Spanish) is preferred. Must have reliable transportation. Salary range is $24 to $24.50 per hour.

Quality Assurance Specialist (Bellevue)

FT/40 hrs. This role supports our regional programs and is responsible for accurate and timely entry of data into appropriate billing systems as well as analyzing and resolving identified billing issues. This role will facilitate orientation and training on billing systems, work with directors and supervisors to support program providers, perform audits and generate reports for compliance and data-tracking, work to maintain Olive Crest Quality Assurance as well as Council on Accreditation standards, oversee relevant documentation, and work to ensure accuracy in all relevant reporting. A Bachelor degree in psychology, social work, human services, business administration or related field is required.  At least 2 years’ experience in Quality Assurance at a DCYF contracted or directly operated program.  Proficient in MS office and strong verbal and written skills are required.  Ability to follow directions, complete tasks independently, and good people skills are necessary.  Pay rate: $27-$30/hour.

FOSTER CARE PROGRAM

Child & Family Specialist (Bellevue)

FT/40 hrs. Provide case management services to 18-25 children/youth. Supervise the intake for each placement, ensuring that each child’s needs are met, and provide support for the child and caregivers. Other responsibilities include instructing, counseling, training, and supporting caregivers in meeting the child/youth’s needs and addressing any issues. Must be able to attend weekly staff meetings at assigned office. Qualified candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in social services, psychology or similar field, and at least 1 year of experience working with kids/youth. Must have flexible work hours, including some evenings and weekends when needed. Pay rate: $24-$27/hour.

Therapeutic Youth Partner/Behavioral Case Aide (Bellevue) 

PT/20 hours. Provide one on one trauma informed support to assigned youth to augment normal supervision for children/youth whose behaviors or developmental needs are challenging in a family setting. Therapeutic support ensures the health, safety, and well-being of the child and/or youth in their current placement or in the community. This role helps to provide a supportive environment for the child/youth to help facilitate personal growth and increase a child/youth’s ability to maintain successfully in their identified placement. This role reports to and communicates with their assigned Caregiver Support Specialist. In addition, a Therapeutic Youth Partner/Behavioral Case Aide will participate in program training and organizational meetings.  Must have flexibility in terms of range of hours and days/times of visits.  Must have reliable transportation. Pay rate: $21-23/hr.

ILS Case Manager (Silverdale)

Provide case management services to up to 35 youth (case load will vary depending on census). Provide current and former foster youth transitional support services, including but not limited to, housing, education, employment, basic life skills and permanency. Case managers will be responsible for initial intake through exit processes with youth and will serve eligible youth ages 15-23 years old. Services provided will be in compliance with the ILS contract from Washington State DCYF as well as applicable housing contracts. ILS case managers work on behalf of youth to equip each youth with the skills to successfully transition to independence. Qualified candidates will have a bachelor’s degree or master’s degree from an accredited college or university in social services or similar field; previous experience working with adolescents or at-risk children and families, and proficient with MS Suite. Pay rate: $24-$26/hr.

Home Study Writer (Tacoma)

PT/20hrs. Conduct home study clinical interviews and write home studies in an effective and efficient manner while following all compliance standards set by DCYF Licensing Division and Olive Crest. Communicate and collaborate effectively with the Licensing team, Supervisor, and Program Director. Must be willing to work from the office on occasion and be present for meetings or when requested in person to sign appropriate paperwork. Qualified candidates must have a BA, but MA is preferred in Counseling, Social Work, Mental Health, or related field. Must have demonstrated clinical skills and formal training in mental health assessment, with knowledge and experience of in-depth clinical interviewing.  Strong writing skills and clinical assessment skills required. Must have flexible work hours, including some evenings and weekends when needed. Salary range $28 – $30/hr. DOE

Host Families Intake Coordinator (Bellevue)

Part-Time/20 hours. The Intake Coordinator is responsible for client intake and coordination of hosting arrangements for Western Washington. Other duties include participating in community engagement activities, developing partnerships with community resource providers and referring agencies, cultivating partnerships with local faith communities/churches, providing supervision and training for Host Families volunteers and interns, and providing emergency, on-call support to staff and volunteers in the program. Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree and expereience working with at-risk youth and families and have after hours availability for emergency support.  Pay Rate: $25

MENTAL HEALTH PROGRAM

Family Therapist (Tacoma)

FT/40 hours.  The Family Therapist will work as a part of the Wraparound with Intensive Services (WISe) team to help implement mental health and wraparound services to youth and families being primarily responsible for stabilizing immediate mental health crises for youth, providing mental health related crisis response, ensuring clinical needs are met within the safety/crisis plan, translating team-based decision making and priorities into therapeutic goals, providing individual and or family therapy as needed, partnering with care coordinator and WISe team to ensure a high quality WISe process, providing clinical judgement and ensure clinical needs are met through all phases of the WISe process, connecting family and youth to services and supports needed as related to mental health, supporting youth, family, and team in navigating the mental health system.  Must have a master’s degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work, Counseling or related field and at least 2 years of post-graduate experience in clinical practice.  Must clear a background check, have strong computer skills, reliable transportation, have and meet MHP designation and have a philosophy of support for at-risk children, youth and families in line with Olive Crest values.  Salary rate: $80,000/year.

Caregiver Support Program
Caregiver Support Specialist (Tri-Cities, Spokane & Tacoma) 

FT/40 hours. Provide caregiver support services to up to 25 children (case load will vary depending on census). Caregiver support includes the activities that assist the caregiver in navigating the child welfare system to support a child or youth in their care to access needed medical, social, educational, and other necessary services.  Educate, train, and support foster parents in meeting the foster child’s overall needs and address any issues that arise.  Must have a master’s or bachelor’s degree in social services (or closely related field) OR 5 years full-time experience working with children or youth in specific professional settings. Strong organization, writing, communication and team skills necessary.  Ability to provide after-hours support, if necessary. Pay rate: $24-27/hr.

Behavioral Case Aide (Openings in Tacoma, Spokane, Pullman, Moses Lake & Tri-Cities) 

FT/40 hours & PT/20 hours.
