Wraparound

Wraparound Program Manager (Bilingual)

FT/40 hrs. Provides leadership, supervision, and evaluation of program staff, ensuring quality, compliance, and consistency of services in accordance with Olive Crest’s mission and contract requirements. Oversee the daily operations of the Wraparound program, monitors program performance and documentation, and ensures adherence to all county and agency standards. Works collaboratively with the Mental Health Department and other Olive Crest divisions to support quality clinical care for youth and families. Participates in hiring, training, and staff development. Qualified applicants must hold a master’s degree from an accredited college or university in one of the following: Social Work; Social Welfare; Marriage, Family and Child Counseling; Child Psychology; Child Development; Counseling Psychology; Social Psychology; Clinical Psychology; Educational Psychology; Education with an emphasis in counseling or a related field. A minimum of two years of leadership or supervisory experience in the delivery of Wraparound or similar community-based services is required; four or more years of supervisory experience required for candidates who do not meet the educational criteria. Candidates must be bilingual in Spanish and demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and team leadership skills. This position is salaried, starting at $70,000.00 per year.

Mental Health

Outpatient Program Manager

Oversees the administration, clinical oversight, and operational management of Olive Crest’s Mental Health Program, ensuring high-quality care and compliance with Medi-Cal and Riverside University Health System standards. This role provides leadership and direction to assigned clinicians and support staff, focusing on program coordination, performance monitoring, and treatment outcomes. Key responsibilities include implementing directives from the Mental Health Director, supervising and evaluating clinical staff, reviewing documentation and billing for regulatory compliance, collaborating with Quality Assurance to uphold documentation standards, and representing Olive Crest with external agencies and partners. The Program Manager will also participate in recruitment, onboarding, and training of staff, while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of best practices and regulations in mental health service delivery. Qualified candidates must hold an MA/MS in Human Services with 3+ years of related experience and possess LMFT or LCSW licensure with BBS registration. Strong leadership, organizational, and compliance management skills are required, along with a philosophy aligned with Olive Crest’s mission to support at-risk children and families. Prior supervisory and culturally diverse workplace experience is preferred. Must maintain eligibility for federal/state mental health programs, a valid California driver’s license, and a clean driving record. This position is salaried starting at $85,000/year.

Outpatient Clinician

FT/40hrs. Provide therapeutic services to clients; assessment, treatment planning, individual, group and family therapy, discharge planning, participation in Child and Family Team under the direct supervision of the Outpatient Program Manager. Provide weekly individual, group, and/or family therapy to clients and caregivers. Maintain detailed records of significant contacts, incidents, relationships, treatment team meetings, group, individual, and family sessions, and case management activity. (i.e., Mental Health Documentation). Submit assessments, care plans, and other documentation to supervisor within timelines. Qualified candidates must possess a master’s degree in psychology or social work and possess a license/registration with the Board of Behavioral Sciences or the Board of Psychology. Drop-In Center Youth Partner

FT/40 hrs. Provide mentorship, engagement, and support to Commercially Sexually Exploited Children (CSEC) at the Drop-In Center in Palm Desert. Drawing from lived experience or professional expertise, this role helps create a welcoming and supportive environment where youth can build trust, access resources, and develop life skills. Key responsibilities include greeting and engaging youth as they enter the center, modeling healthy boundaries, planning and leading engaging activities, conducting regular outreach in schools and the community, maintaining usage statistics, and supporting youth in addressing basic needs and safety. Peer Specialists collaborate with the CSEC team and Resource Coordinator to connect youth to appropriate services, attend meetings, and maintain accurate documentation while fostering a safe, judgment-free space for healing and growth. Qualified candidates must possess either a bachelor’s degree in human services or a related field with relevant experience, or demonstrate lived experience aligned with the population served. First Aid/CPR certification, a valid CA driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record are required. Candidates must be able to pass a criminal background clearance, demonstrate professionalism and sound judgment, and align with Olive Crest’s mission and values. Church & Community Engagement Director

FT/40hrs. Lead strategic church and community engagement initiatives across the Inland and Desert Communities to expand Olive Crest’s mission of supporting children and families in need. This position is responsible for cultivating and maintaining partnerships with churches, community groups, and volunteers to develop Family Advocacy Ministries, recruit resource and host families, and strengthen care communities around Olive Crest programs. The Community Engagement Director oversees the regional engagement strategy, supervises the Community Engagement team, and collaborates closely with program, community involvement, and fund development teams to ensure cohesive outreach efforts. Key responsibilities include building and sustaining relationships with pastors and community leaders, guiding partners through the engagement pipeline, facilitating trainings and forums, representing Olive Crest at strategic events, and tracking team goals and outcomes. The Director will also oversee staff hiring, training, and performance within the Community Engagement department, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and brand strategies. Qualified candidates should have a bachelor’s degree (preferred) or 3+ years of related experience, strong public speaking and written communication skills, and the ability to build trusted relationships within the faith community. Familiarity with the Inland and Desert regions, proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to occasionally work evenings and weekends are required. Candidates must have reliable transportation, a valid California Driver’s License, and a commitment to Olive Crest’s mission, vision, and values. This position is salaried starting at $80,000–$95,000/year.

Development Manager (Riverside)

Responsible for the coordination and execution of year-round fundraising events in Inland and Desert Communities including (but not limited to) Pick-A-Purse, Power of One, Concert Under the Stars and additional events as they are identified. Oversees the regional Kids at Heart program with focus on relationship building and retention of current donors.  Manages the Mid-Level giving program through polished written and verbal communication.  Qualified candidates must have 3+ years of project management experience with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.  A related bachelor’s degree and experience in fundraising events are strongly preferred. Starting pay rate of $70,400 per year.

Residential

Youth Partner – Day Shift (Perris)

PT & FT. Responsible for the supervision of youth (males and females, ages 12-18) in a residential group home. This includes mentoring and being a good role model, teaching independent living skills, behavior modifications and crisis management. Qualified applicants must be at least 21 years of age. One year of previous residential experience in a related field preferred but not required. Bachelor’s degree is preferred or relevant lived or professional experience in foster care or providing care for at-risk youth. This position is at an hourly rate of $24/hour.

Behavioral Health Specialist (Riverside)

FT/40 hrs. Provides direct service to children and families as identified in an individualized Wraparound plan of care. This position works independently in the family’s home and in a variety of community and/or treatment settings. Provides support services and skills training to children and family members including but not limited to behavioral modification programs, independent living skills, home management/household services, transportation assistance. Qualified candidates must have Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences and 1 year experience working with emotionally disturbed children in an institutional setting or 4 years’ experience working with emotionally disturbed children in an institutional setting. Reliable transportation, acceptable driving record and valid California DL required. Bilingual (English/Spanish) Preferred. This position is at an hourly rate of $24.50/hr.

Mental Health

Wraparound Clinician (Riverside)

FT/40hrs. Provide therapeutic services to children and adolescents in Olive Crest’s Wraparound program, supporting at-risk youth and families through individualized treatment and compassionate care. The Wraparound Mental Health Clinician is responsible for developing treatment plans, providing case management, and delivering direct therapeutic services while collaborating with Child and Family Teams (CFT), schools, and community partners. Key responsibilities include conducting assessments, creating and implementing treatment plans, maintaining Medi-Cal compliant documentation, and participating in monthly CFT meetings. The clinician will provide clinical consultation to staff, communicate with social workers and probation officers, and be available to respond to crisis situations both during and outside of working hours. Qualified candidates must be bilingual in English and Spanish and hold an MSW or MFT (with intern number or license). A minimum of 1–2 years of experience working with at-risk populations is required. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential, the ability to pass a background clearance, and a valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record. Candidates must also be comfortable driving to client homes and able to physically intervene in crisis situations with minors up to 18 years old. This position is full-time, salaried, starting at $70,000/year.

Transitional Housing  Placement Program

THPP Night Monitor (Riverside)

FT/40hrs. Responsible for the supervision of CSEC youth (females, ages 16-21) in a residential group home. Supervise and provide a safe environment for CSEC youth residing in the home, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being. Conduct regular room checks and safety walkthroughs during sleeping hours.  Monitor curfew compliance and document youth check-ins and absences.  Qualified applicants must be at least 21 years of age. One year of previous residential experience in a related field preferred, but not required. Bachelor’s degree or two years prior group home experience required. The schedule for this position is Wednesday-Saturday 11PM-7AM. This position begins at an hourly rate of $24/hr.

THPP CSEC Peer Support Specialist (Riverside)

FT/40 hrs. Provide mentorship, support, and stability to Commercially Sexually Exploited Children (CSEC) in a Transitional Housing Placement Program. Drawing from lived experience, this role helps youth build independence through life skills coaching, emotional support, and trauma-informed guidance. Key responsibilities include modeling healthy boundaries, encouraging participation in daily tasks and ILP activities, supporting youth through challenges, and promoting safety planning and self-advocacy. Peer Mentors collaborate with staff and case managers, attend team meetings, and maintain  documentation while fostering a safe, judgment-free environment for youth healing from trauma. Qualified candidates must be at least 21 years old, a former foster youth, and have a bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of experience working with at-risk youth. Lived experience with commercial sexual exploitation (direct or through supporting others) is strongly preferred. Must have First Aid/CPR certification, valid CA driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record. Alignment with Olive Crest’s mission and values is required. Development Campaign Coordinator (Bellflower)

FT/40 hrs. The Development Campaign Coordinator is responsible for providing the Development Team with necessary tools and support to achieve annual operating and capital campaign goals. Through direction of the Development Director, this role coordinates prospect research, moves management, stewardship, reporting, etc., actively participating in sustaining organizational excellence in all development channels to accomplish regional fundraising efforts. Qualified candidates must have minimum 2 years administrative experience, strong interpersonal skills, and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office. Starting pay rate: $25-$30 per hour.

The Mental Health Partnership with Schools Parent Partner, under the guidance of the Program Supervisor and functioning as a member of an assigned team, is responsible for providing guidance and support services to children, families, and/or caregivers of district students referred for intensive mental health services. This role will also serve as a liaison for parent involvement.  Co-facilitate parent support group. This is a field based role within LA County and the main office being in Bellflower, CA .  Qualified candidates must have personal life experience as a parent or full-time caregiver of a child who has received services from DCFS, Probation, DMH or Regional Center AND, speak fluent Spanish. Case Manager (Glendale)

FT/40 hrs. The Case Manager will supervise the placement for each referred APSS client and provide support for all individuals related to client with the goal of achieving permanence. The Case Manager will be responsible for conducting intake assessments, obtaining necessary information to determine which services are appropriate and available to address the family’s needs. Qualified candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in a related field. Bilingual (English/Spanish) required. Starting pay range: $26 per hour.

Director of Annual Giving & Donor Engagement (Santa Ana)

FT/40 hrs. Responsible for the planning, oversight, and implementation, of Olive Crest’s comprehensive annual giving programs including growing and managing the monthly giving program (Kids at Heart-KAH) and growing and managing the middle level donor giving program Ambassadors of Hope (AH), in collaboration with the regional relationship building activities. Includes implementation of automated donor engagement strategies and segmented donor journeys with regional segmentation. Under the general direction of the CDO, the Director is a fundraising professional who works collaboratively with the regional Development teams and Donor Services and Marketing teams to lead the annual giving programs and annual campaign development programs. The goal is to secure significant annual philanthropic support, manage KAH and AH stewardship, retention, acquisition, special gifts and upgrade strategies, working with the regions to convert single gift donors to monthly givers through various communication methods such as calls, emails, social media, events, and middle level fundraising activities. Coordinate an organization-wide annual giving middle level donors’ program while managing the mass level donors.  Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 3-5 years’ fundraising and management experience with working knowledge of fundraising, annual giving, donor relations, and donor records and data management and analysis.  Starting annual salary ranges from $110,000 to $130,000 per year.

Development Director (Santa Ana)

FT/40 hrs. Responsible for planning and implementing fundraising and public awareness activities in Orange County that align with and support Olive Crest’s organizational goals for development, sustainability, and major gift initiatives. Qualified candidates must have 10+ years’ progressive experience in fundraising, preferably with a variety of non-profits. Managerial experience preferred. Starting salary range of $160,000 – $190,000 per year.

Quality Assurance Assistant (Santa Ana)

FT/ 40hrs. Responsible for implementation and maintenance of the department’s quality assurance for Orange County Programs. Responsible for accurate and timely data collection, entry, and review. Support overall program organization, communication, compliance, and administrative support. Qualified candidates must have related experience in administrative work. Fluency in Spanish is required. Manager of Support Services (Santa Ana)

FT/40 hrs. The Manager of Support Services is responsible for assisting the Director of Support Services with project management and maintenance of Olive Crest facilities.  This role will track & schedule maintenance for facilities & vehicles to maintain safety & protect assets, collaborate with regions to clarify project scopes and obtain bids according to purchasing policy for construction and deferred maintenance projects and monitor & supervise contractors to ensure completion of work within project scope and budget parameters. Lead Youth Care Specialist (Santa Ana)

FT/40 hrs. Responsible for providing supervision, protection, and care of the clients individually and in groups always. The coordinator will be the lead contact in the absence of the Residential Manager, coordinate client medical appointments, ensures medical needs are met upon intake, and support the Residential Manager in an administrative capacity. Qualified candidates must have a BA/BS or working toward BA/BS in Human Services or related field and experience working with children.  Starting pay rate of $25 per hour.

VISITATION CENTER

Unpaid Undergraduate Internship (Santa Ana)

Spring Placement, 8 hrs./wk. The intern will assist with supervised and monitored visits in our Foster Visitation Center.  In this role, the intern will support families during their weekly visits with children placed in foster care.  Must be in junior or senior year of undergrad program with a clean criminal record.

FAMILY PRESERVATION

Wraparound Director (Santa Ana)

FT/40 hrs. Responsible for oversight and success of the program. The ideal candidate will have experience supervising both professional and paraprofessional staff and will have experience working with families with complex needs. The role involves monitoring contract compliance, fidelity to service model, and adherence to agency standard. Master’s degree required, LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC strongly preferred. Fluency in Spanish preferred. Starting salary range of $90,000 to $100,000, based on experience.

Wraparound Youth Partner (Santa Ana) 

FT/40 hrs. Responsible for providing service within the context of Wraparound, which assists the child in learning the necessary skills to interact successfully with adults and peers across all settings.  This would include providing consistent, reinforcing support to youth that enables them to learn and practice pro-social behavior, problem solving, and coping skills in the least restrictive family setting with minimal reliance on formal support.  Qualified candidates must possess a related bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 1-year relevant work experience or equivalent and speak fluent Spanish. Foster and Adoptions Coordinator (Santa Ana)

FT/40hrs. As a Foster Family Coordinator, you’ll provide essential support to staff and foster families, assisting with scheduling, court-ordered visits, file management, event coordination, and more. This role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a heart for serving at-risk children and families. Qualified candidates must possess a related bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 1-year’s relevant work experience. Starting pay rate of $21.00-$24.00 per hour.

Foster and Adoptions Unpaid Internship (Santa Ana)

Spring Placement, 8-12 hrs./wk. Interns help facilitate and document weekly family visitations, assist case managers with home visits and paperwork, and engage children in evening activities like crafts and reading. Additional tasks include preparing for events and trainings based on program needs.

FT/40 hrs. Provide services and supervise the placement for each assigned foster child, as well as provide support for the child and foster parents. This includes ensuring that each child’s needs are met, making sure that each foster home follows all Olive Crest Foster Family Agency policies, County policies and Title 22 policies. Instructing, counseling, training, and supporting foster parents in dealing with the foster child’s needs and problems. The Church and Community Engagement Intern is responsible for assisting Olive Crest’s Church and Community Engagement team in San Diego County whose goal is developing sustainable church ministries caring for families in crisis and at-risk children. This will include the administration, recruitment, training and/or coordination of Church Advocates, Care Communities, Safe Families, Foster Families and Biological Families. Will work alongside the Church and Community Engagement team to create awareness to expedite the timely certification of volunteers, for all aspects of Olive Crest’s church engagement strategy.

RESIDENTIAL

Cook/Housekeeper (Goleta)

The cook/housekeeper is responsible for preparing meals and snacks for up to 30 people.  This will include everything from planning the menus, shopping and executing the complete meal.  The cook/housekeeper will also ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas as well as other housekeeping duties on campus.  Qualified candidates must have related experience cooking for a crowd, adjusting for allergies and meal planning.  Pay starts at $24 per hour.

Youth Partner- Swing Shift (Goleta)

FT and On-Call. Provide supervision, protection and care of the clients individually and in groups at all times.  This includes developing and maintaining relationships with each client that communicates acceptance, warmth, interest and understanding.  Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.  Pay starts at $24 per hour.

Youth Partner- Overnight Shift (Goleta)

FT and On-Call. Responsible to supervise teenage girls in a residential program during sleeping hours. This includes completing and documenting regular bed checks, ensuring the location of each client, and ensuring a safe environment. Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.  Pay starts at $24 per hour.

MENTAL HEALTH

Rehabilitation Specialist (Goleta)

FT/40 hrs. The Rehabilitation Specialist is responsible to assist the clients in learning the skills necessary to interact successfully with adults and peers across all settings. Responsible for the coordination of care for clients, especially those involved with multiple systems of care. Facilitates Child and Family Team Meetings to ensure that Child, Family, and all formal and informal supports have voice in the process. Responsible for facilitating the development of the client’s integrated care plan. Qualified candidates must have a related bachelor’s degree and 1-year experience working with adolescents in a related field. Pay starts at $27 per hour.

Foster Family/Mental Health

Clinician (Las Vegas)

FT/40 hrs. The Clinician will provide assessment and mental health services (individual and family therapy) to children and families in home-based, community, and office settings. The Clinician wiill also complete assessments as well as develop and implement treatment plans. Case load of 20-30 clients with approximately 90 sessions per month.  Qualified candidates must have a master’s degree in psychology, social work, human services, or a related field and must have a valid Nevada state license issued by their respective professional governing board or be license eligible. Supervision of licensure hours may be available. Bilingual fluency (English/Spanish) is also preferred. Background clearance will be required for this position. Must have reliable transportation. Salary range is $75,000 to $80,000 per year.

FAMILY PRESERVATION/STRONG FAMILIES

Family Support Specialist (Las Vegas)

FT/40 hours. This position will provide in-home prevention, counseling, and support services to children and families as well as case management services to families in our Family Resource Center. Services will include completing family assessments, establishing service plans, and recording data into the county and Olive Crest systems. Qualified candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in psychology, sociology, or a related field and at least one year of experience providing in-home services to children and families.  Bilingual fluency (English/Spanish) is preferred. Must have reliable transportation. Salary range is $24 to $24.50 per hour.

ADMINISTRATION

HR Recruiter Coordinator (Bellevue)

FT/40 hrs. Responsible for providing administrative support to the regional recruitment team, recruit interns for PNW programs (as needed) and recruit for Service Programs (as assigned).  Qualified candidates must have relevant experience, demonstrate good organizational skills, possess exemplary oral and written skills, demonstrate professional interactions with individuals at all levels, able to manage multiple and varied tasks, be proficient in MS Office, and have a philosophy of support for at-risk children and families in line with the mission, vision, values and statement of faith of Olive Crest.  Must be able to travel between offices in western WA on an as needed basis.  Bachelor’s degree preferred. Pay rate: $25-$27/hr.

Church Engagement

Church Engagement Outreach Associate (Tacoma)

FT/40 hrs. The Church Engagement Outreach Associate is responsible for the execution of Olive Crest’s church engagement strategy in assigned areas of the PNW with the goal of administration, recruitment, training, and/or coordination of Church Advocates, Care Communities, the ILS Program, and Host Families. Will partner with Community Involvement Coordinators to create awareness of opportunities for church ministries and individuals to serve vulnerable children and families and work closely with the development team to grow church financial support. Bachelor’s degree preferred, or at least four years of relevant experience. Must have three or more years of work in a local church or non-profit organization. Must have experience in raising financial support. Must maintain a valid Washington Driver’s License and clean driving record in accordance with Olive Crest’s auto insurance policy. Must have a philosophy of support for at-risk children and families in line with the mission, visions, values, and statement of faith at Olive Crest. Pay rate: $34-$36/hr, DOE.

MENTAL HEALTH PROGRAM

WISe Care Coordinator (Bellevue)

FT/40 hours.  The Care Coordinator will work as a part of the Wraparound with Intensive Services (WISe) team to help implement mental health and wraparound services to youth and families being primarily responsible for case management, care coordination, partnering with community professionals and natural supports, aiding the therapist in the implementation of the safety and treatment plans, and facilitating child and family team meetings. Must have a bachelor’s degree in social services, psychology or related field, become an Agency Affiliated Counselor upon hire, proficient computer skills and comfortable working with databases and web-based applications.  Must be able to pass a background check, have reliable transportation and have a philosophy of support at-risk youth and families.  Pay rate: $27 – $31/hour.

FOSTER CARE PROGRAM

Child & Family Specialist (Silverdale)

FT/40 hrs. Provide case management services to 18-25 children/youth. Supervise the intake for each placement, ensuring that each child’s needs are met, and provide support for the child and caregivers. Other responsibilities include instructing, counseling, training, and supporting caregivers in meeting the child/youth’s needs and addressing any issues. Must be able to attend weekly staff meetings at the Silverdale office. Qualified candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in social services, psychology or similar field, and at least 1 year of experience working with kids/youth. Must have flexible work hours, including some evenings and weekends when needed. Pay rate: $24-$27/hour.

PT/20 hours. Provide one on one trauma informed support to assigned youth to augment normal supervision for children/youth whose behaviors or developmental needs are challenging in a family setting. Therapeutic support ensures the health, safety, and well-being of the child and/or youth in their current placement or in the community. This role helps to provide a supportive environment for the child/youth to help facilitate personal growth and increase a child/youth’s ability to maintain successfully in their identified placement. This role reports to and communicates with their assigned Caregiver Support Specialist. In addition, a Therapeutic Youth Partner/Behavioral Case Aide will participate in program training and organizational meetings.  Must have flexibility in terms of range of hours and days/times of visits.  Must have reliable transportation. Pay rate: $21-23/hr.

Administrative Assistant (Bellevue) 

Full-time/40 hours. This role provides a welcoming, professional atmosphere in the North Sound (Bellevue) office and serves as the first point of contact for incoming calls, visitors and receiving donations.  Responsible for maintaining a clean, organized and professional environment, monitors and manages inventory and program-specific office supplies. Oversees office equipment, maintenance, security systems and general office concerns.  Tracks incoming and outgoing mail, coordinates staff engagement activities/events in collaboration with Program Director and maintains internal phone lists.  This role also provides logistical support for the program team including meeting preparation, setup/cleanup, printing, card distribution, creates monthly digital newsletter, administers billing process, and assists licensing team with updating Oliver database and assisting with file management.  Qualified candidates will have at least 2 years of administrative experience, excellent written and verbal communication skills, highly organized, able to anticipate needs, and adaptable. Bachelor’s degree preferred.  Pay rate: $21-$23/hr.

Caregiver Support Program

Administrative Assistant (Spokane)

FT/40 hrs.  Responsible for providing administrative support and assistance to the Northeast Program Director, and Program teams.  Administrative support includes answering phone calls, greeting guests, monitoring and ordering general and program specific supplies, managing office equipment, scheduling maintenance needs, alarm, and overall office concerns.  Responsible for maintaining a clean and professional office environment. Oversee contracted workers, maintain and track petty cash, deposit checks, update administrative tracking needs.  Program administration includes assisting Program Director in preparing for meetings, tracking purchase orders and coordinating occasional special events.  Data entry, printing reports, tracking communications, creating binders/files, managing gift card donations, creating newsletters, assisting with other program needs as assigned.  Qualified candidates will have at least 2 years of general administrative experience, be proficient in MS Office, excellent verbal and written communication, able to interact professionally and maintain confidentiality, self-starter, strong follow-through skills, able to show consistent flexibility, able to manage multiple details, tasks and deadlines.  Bachelor’s degree preferred.  Pay rate: $21-23/hr.

Caregiver Support Specialist Supervisor (Tri-Cities area)

FT/40 hrs.  Provide supervision for assigned Caregiver Support Specialists and Case Aides. Duties include attending all meetings related to cases including weekly caregiver support specialist meeting and staffings. Ensure appropriate levels of care and support to achieve optimal physical, emotional, social and safety outcomes for foster youth/children and their caregivers. Provide daily supervision for Caregiver Support Specialists through oversight, clinical consultation, review of clinical reports and Caregiver Support Plans, and auditing of case files as needed. Monitor daily operations of Caregiver Support program as appropriate including assignment of caseloads and staff productivity. Evaluate the services provided and outcomes achieved by the team. Establish and oversee caregiver support specialist training to ensure compliance with Caregiver Support contract, COA and WAC requirements. Assist as needed with carrying a caseload.  Qualified candidates must have a master’s degree in social services OR a bachelor’s degree in social services (or closely related field) AND 2 years’ experience working with children/youth.  Candidates should be proficient with MS Suite, organized, able to work independently as well as collaboratively, able to exercise discretion and good judgment, excellent writing and oral communication skills.  Must have reliable transportation and be willing to work evenings and weekends as needed to meet with families.  Pay rate: $30-$33/hr.

Caregiver Support Specialist (Openings in Spokane & Tacoma) 

FT/40 hours. Provide caregiver support services to up to 25 children (case load will vary depending on census). Caregiver support includes the activities that assist the caregiver in navigating the child welfare system to support a child or youth in their care to access needed medical, social, educational, and other necessary services.  Educate, train, and support foster parents in meeting the foster child’s overall needs and address any issues that arise.  Must have a master’s or bachelor’s degree in social services (or closely related field) OR 5 years full-time experience working with children or youth in specific professional settings. Strong organization, writing, communication and team skills necessary.  Ability to provide after-hours support, if necessary. Pay rate: $24-27/hr.

FT/40 hrs. Responsible for providing administrative support and assistance to the Housing Program Manager and Housing Specialist team. Must have 2 years of experience with general administrative duties. Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite and Canva and be able to type 50+ wpm. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Able to interact professionally with all levels of the organization. Able to maintain confidentiality, anticipate program needs, show initiation and follow through. DEVELOPMENT / FUNDRAISING

Development Manager (Bellevue)

FT/40 hours.  The Development Manager is a frontline fundraising professional responsible for cultivating and stewarding a portfolio of 300 to 400 mid-level donors while identifying and qualifying prospects for major gifts. This role is central to sustaining and growing Olive Crest’s base of support, with a focus on mid-level giving, donor research, and pipeline development. Working closely with the Pacific Northwest development team, the Development Manager gains hands-on experience in donor stewardship, solicitations, and fundraising strategies. This position is vital to expanding Olive Crest’s presence in Washington and building a strong pipeline of future major donors.  Qualified candidates must have a strong alignment with Olive Crest mission and vision and have at least 2 years experience in donor relations, customer service, sales or related people services.  Candidates must have the ability to work well independently as well as collaboratively with a team, have exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.  Proficiency with MS Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is necessary.  Experience with Raiser’s Edge is preferred.  Pay rate: $32-$36/hr DOE.
