WHO WORKS WITH MY FAMILY?
FACILITATOR
Organizes meetings and provides overall oversight of the family team. A Facilitator helps develop your family’s safety plan, and assesses your family’s strengths, goals, and needs.
BEHAVIOR SPECIALIST
Works with youth to help develop new, improved behaviors. A Behavior Specialist can help identify resources and ways for your child to cope with life’s stressors.
PARENT PARTNER
Supports parents and caregivers, helps in assessment and planning, provides resources and empowerment for all families.
MENTAL HEALTH CLINICIAN
An integral part of the team providing individual and family therapy as well as psychoeducation related to any treatment diagnoses.
PSYCHIATRIST
Medication support can be assessed if interested.
