Fifth-graders at Inland Leaders Charter School provided 22 personal hygiene bags for our kiddos and generously donated several books.  This holiday season, special help from 106 fifth-grade students at Inland Leaders Charter School in Yucaipa gave Olive Crest kids one of the best Christmas seasons ever. November’s Wine Women & Shoes event featured a “Rags to Riches” theme. Olive Crest’s fifth annual Wine Women & Shoes event was held on Friday, November 9, at the Fairmont Olympic Hotel. More than 300 guests attended and helped raise over $243,000 for Olive Crest’s foster care programs. Children in need will benefit from all the funds raised at the latest Safe Families for Children Dinner, thanks to California Credit Union, who sponsored the dinner. Safe Families for Children helps provide temporary homes for children while parents address issues that led to instability in their lives.
