Foster Family/Adoption

Treatment Specialist

FT/40 hrs.  This position will provide therapeutic case management services to children in treatment or shelter foster homes. Will have a case load of 12-15 foster children and be responsible for supervising the placement of each assigned child and providing support to and advocating for the child and foster parents. This includes ensuring that each child’s needs are met (physically, socially, emotionally and educationally) and that each foster home is in compliance with Olive Crest policies, County policies, and State licensing regulations. Qualified candidates must have a Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or related field as well as prior experience working in the Social Services field. Bilingual Family Support Specialist

FT/40 hrs. This position will provide in-home prevention, counseling, and support services to families in the community. This will include crisis intervention services, parenting skills training, providing behavioral modification techniques, and providing families with appropriate resources. Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, or closely related field, as well as be bilingual (English/Spanish). Client Services Specialist/Bilingual

FT/40 hrs. This position will cover the front desk in the Las Vegas office as well as provide assistance and case management services to clients and families in the Family Resource Center.
