Regional Programs Director (Bellflower)

FT/40 hrs. Responsible for providing management and senior leadership over all programs in the Los Angeles region, including Residential, Family Preservation, Foster/Adoption, and Mental Health. Oversee and direct the planning, implementation, and coordination of all policies and procedures concerning these divisions. Child & Family Specialist (Glendale)

FT/40 hrs. Under the guidance of a program supervisor and functioning as a member of an assigned team, this position provides direct service to children and families as identified in an individualized Wraparound plan of care. This position works independently in family homes and in a variety of community and/or treatment settings. Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and one year of experience working with children OR an Associate’s degree in a related field and two years of experience working with children. Adoption Promotion & Support Services/Community Clinician (Bellflower)

Adoptions Social Worker/Foster Case Manager (Bellflower/Glendale)

FT/40 hrs. This dual role is responsible for providing a range of services offered by Olive Crest within the scope of foster/adoption. The ASW role must be able to clinically assess individuals and couples as part of the home study completion process, culminating in the written SAFE assessment document. The ASW conducts and facilitates monthly trainings to educate and meet the needs of foster/adoptive parents. This position is also available to provide adoption-related counseling to prospective families. The FCM role must be able to supervise the placement for each assigned foster child and provide support for the child and foster parents. This includes ensuring that each child’s needs are met; making sure that each foster home is in compliance with all Olive Crest Foster Family Agency policies and county policies; and instructing, counseling, training, and supporting foster parents in dealing with the foster child’s needs and problems.
