Corporate and Development

Regional Programs Director

FT/40 hrs. Responsible for the overall operation of Group Home and Residential Treatment, Family Preservation, Foster Family/Adoption, and special programs in the Inland Empire. Oversees and directs the planning, implementation, and coordination of all program policies and procedures concerning these divisions. Prepare and submit monthly program review reports to Executive Director of Region. Monitor Requests for Proposal (RFP) from the Counties of Riverside and San Bernardino, evaluate feasibility of applying, and make recommendations. Represent Olive Crest on various county and state councils and committees. Responsible for program budget implementation, monitoring, and fidelity.  Qualified applicants must have Master’s degree in Human Services or related field, or Bachelor’s degree and equivalent experience, and 3 years of administrative experience with a children’s service agency. Residential

Youth Partner

FT, PT and On-Call. Responsible for the supervision of youth (males, ages 12-18) in a residential group home. This includes mentoring and being a good role model, teaching independent living skills, behavior modifications and crisis management. Qualified applicants must be at least 21 years of age. Residential Manager

FT/40 hrs. Provide case management services to program residents under the supervision of the Clinician. Supervise direct childcare staff. In coordination with Clinician and treatment team, follow through on resident treatment plans. Complete residential administrative duties. Develop supportive relationship with residents on caseload, completing case management responsibilities as assigned by Residential Director, including ensuring the needs of the clients are being met. Required applicants must have Master’s degree in a Behavioral Science, plus 2 years’ of employment as a Social Worker, or Bachelor’s degree, plus at least 3 years’ administrative experience or supervisory experience over social work, or have completed at least 2 years’ at an accredited college or university, plus at least 5 years’ administrative experience or supervisory experience over social work, or be a qualified and certified group home administrator prior to January 1, 2017. Rehabilitation Specialist (Perris)

FT/40 hrs. Assists STRTP clients in learning the skills necessary to interact successfully with adults and peers across all settings. Creates opportunities for clients to practice pro-social behavior, problem solving, and coping skills which will prepare the clients to transition to a less restrictive family setting with minimal reliance on formal supports. Facilitator/Case Manager

FT/40 hrs. Facilitate Wraparound process for Child and Family Teams. Maintain highly coordinated communication with all family members, system partners, and other individuals involved in the life of the child and family. Guide the Child and Family Teams in the development of Plans of Care and Crisis and Safety Plans according to Wraparound timelines. Behavioral Health Specialist

FT/40 hrs. Provides direct service to children and families as identified in an individualized Wraparound plan of care. This position works independently in the family’s home and in a variety of community and/or treatment settings. Provides support services and skills training to children and family members including but not limited to behavioral modification programs, independent living skills, home management/household services, transportation assistance and temporary in-home caretaker.
