Corporate and Development

Regional Programs Director

FT/40 hrs. Responsible for the overall operation of Group Home and Residential Treatment, Family Preservation, Foster Family/Adoption, and special programs in the Inland Empire. Oversees and directs the planning, implementation, and coordination of all program policies and procedures concerning these divisions. Prepare and submit monthly program review reports to Executive Director of Region. Monitor Requests for Proposal (RFP) from the Counties of Riverside and San Bernardino, evaluate feasibility of applying, and make recommendations. Represent Olive Crest on various county and state councils and committees. Responsible for program budget implementation, monitoring, and fidelity.  Qualified applicants must have Master’s degree in Human Services or related field, or Bachelor’s degree and equivalent experience, and 3 years of administrative experience with a children’s service agency. Youth Partner

FT, PT and On-Call. Responsible for the supervision of youth (males, ages 12-18) in a residential group home. This includes mentoring and being a good role model, teaching independent living skills, behavior modifications and crisis management. Qualified applicants must be at least 21 years of age. One year of previous residential experience in a related field preferred, but not required. Bachelor’s degree required. (ongoing recruitment)


Facilitator/Case Manager

FT/40 hrs. Facilitate Wraparound process for Child and Family Teams. Maintain highly coordinated communication with all family members, system partners, and other individuals involved in the life of the child and family. Guide the Child and Family Teams in the development of Plans of Care and Crisis and Safety Plans according to Wraparound timelines. Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of Social Work or casework employment in the field of family or child welfare services, or a Master’s degree in a related field. Strong organizational and time management skills, as well as effective interpersonal and communication skills required. Must possess a valid California driver’s license with a good driving as determined by Olive Crest’s insurance carrier, plus reliable transportation. (posted 12/18/20)

Mental Health

Wraparound Clinician

FT/40 hrs. Provide therapeutic services to children and adolescents enrolled in the Wraparound program. Develop and implement client treatment plans and provide case management. Must be AMFT or ACSW with intern number or license (position can provide supervised hours toward licensure). Position requires previous experience working with at-risk children and/or adolescents, as well as crisis intervention training. Must be a flexible, creative thinker with great organizational skills, and excellent communication skills. Previous Wraparound experience is helpful. Must possess a valid CDL with a good driving record, and reliable transportation. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required. (posted 11/13/20)
