Executive Assistant

FT/40 hrs. Responsible for providing critical support to the Executive Director. Undertakes all administrative functions that assist the ED in efficiently and effectively achieving development, operational, financial, and strategic goals of the region. An integral member of the core leadership team, this person interacts on behalf of the ED with trustees, donors, senior, and executive leadership, volunteers, businesses, and staff as needed. Qualified applicants must have a minimum 3 years of administrative assistance to a senior level management position. Youth Partner

FT, PT and On-Call. Responsible for the supervision of youth (males, ages 12-18) in a residential group home. This includes mentoring and being a good role model, teaching independent living skills, behavior modifications and crisis management. Qualified applicants must be at least 21 years of age. Behavioral Health Specialist

FT/40 hrs. Provides direct service to children and families as identified in an individualized Wraparound plan of care. This position works independently in the family’s home and in a variety of community and/or treatment settings. Provides support services and skills training to children and family members including but not limited to behavioral modification programs, independent living skills, home management/household services, transportation assistance and temporary in-home caretaker. Qualified candidates must have Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences and one year experience working with emotionally disturbed children in an institutional setting, OR four years experience working with emotionally disturbed children in an institutional setting. Reliable transportation, acceptable driving record and valid CA DL required.

Community and Church Engagement Associate

FT/40 hrs. Responsible for the execution of Olive Crest’s church engagement strategy in assigned areas, with the goal of developing sustainable church ministries caring for families in crisis and at risk children. This will include overseeing the administration, recruitment, training, and/or coordination of Church Advocates, Care Communities, Safe Families, and Foster Families. Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree or four years of relevant experience, 3+ years of work experience at a professional level, and proven ability to work effectively with the faith community. Mental Health

Bilingual Wraparound Clinician

FT/40 hrs. Provide therapeutic services to children and adolescents enrolled in the Wraparound program. Develop and implement client treatment plans and provide case management. MUST be AMFT or ACSW with intern number or license (position can provide supervised hours toward licensure). Position requires previous experience working with at-risk children and/or adolescents, as well as crisis intervention training. Must be a flexible, creative thinker with great organizational skills and excellent communication skills. Bilingual (English/Spanish) required. Previous Wraparound experience is helpful.
