Corporate and Development
FT, PT and On-Call. Responsible for the supervision of youth (males, ages 12-18) in a residential group home. Rehabilitation Specialist (Perris)
FT/40 hrs. Assists STRTP clients in learning the skills necessary to interact successfully with adults and peers across all settings. Creates opportunities for clients to practice pro-social behavior, problem solving, and coping skills which will prepare the clients to transition to a less restrictive family setting with minimal reliance on formal supports. Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the Wraparound sites, monitor program compliance with Statement of Work, and serve as liaison between Wraparound offices and Olive Crest administration. Implement the directives of the Wraparound Director in areas of program administration, finance, outcomes and treatment. Train and supervise Behavior Specialist, Facilitator, Parent Partner and Therapist involving the Wraparound philosophy, clinical and administrative issues. Qualified applicants must have A Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in one of the following: Social Work; Social Welfare; Marriage, Family and Child Counseling; Child Psychology; Child Development; Counseling Psychology; Social Psychology; Clinical Psychology; Educational Psychology; Education with an emphasis in counseling or related field. Professional license, either MFCC or LCSW, preferred but not required.1-2 years previous experience in Wraparound or similar program required; previous supervisory experience preferred. Parent Partner (Bilingual and Non-Bilingual)
FT/40 hrs. Provide guidance and support to families or caregivers in a variety of environments. This position will also frequently work independently in the family’s home and in a variety of community and/or treatment settings. Serves as a liaison for parent involvement and co-facilitates parent support. Must have previous relevant experience advocating for at-risk children/and or children with special needs, such as being the parent of or close family member of a child with special needs. Must possess a valid California driver’s license with a good driving as determined by Olive Crest’s insurance carrier, plus reliable transportation. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Foster and Adoptions
FT/40 hrs. Provide therapeutic services to children and adolescents enrolled in the Wraparound program. Develop and implement client treatment plans and provide case management. Position requires previous experience working with at-risk children and/or adolescents, as well as crisis intervention training. Must be a flexible, creative thinker with great organizational skills and excellent communication skills. Qualified candidates must be an AMFT or ACSW with intern number or license (position can provide supervised hours toward licensure). Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required. Previous Wraparound experience is helpful. Must possess a valid CA drivers license with a good driving record plus reliable transportation.
