Facilitator/Case Manager

FT/40 hrs. Facilitate Wraparound process for Child and Family Teams. Maintain highly coordinated communication with all family members, system partners, and other individuals involved in the life of the child and family. Guide the Child and Family Teams in the development of Plans of Care and Crisis and Safety Plans according to Wraparound timelines. Qualified candidates must have a bachelor’s degree with 2 years of Social Work or casework employment in the field of family or child welfare services, or a Master’s degree in a related field. Strong organizational and time management skills, as well as effective interpersonal and communication skills required. Program Supervisor 

FT/40hrs. Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the Wraparound sites, monitor program compliance with Statement of Work, and serve as liaison between Wraparound offices and Olive Crest administration. Implement the directives of the Wraparound Director in areas of program administration, finance, outcomes and treatment. Train and supervise Behavior Specialist, Facilitator, Parent Partner and Therapist involving the Wraparound philosophy, clinical and administrative issues. Qualified applicants must have A Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in one of the following: Social Work; Social Welfare; Marriage, Family and Child Counseling; Child Psychology; Child Development; Counseling Psychology; Social Psychology; Clinical Psychology; Educational Psychology; Education with an emphasis in counseling or related field. Bilingual Parent Partner

FT/40 hrs. Provide guidance and support to families or caregivers in a variety of environments. This position will also frequently work independently in the family’s home and in a variety of community and/or treatment settings. Serves as a liaison for parent involvement and co-facilitates parent support. Must have previous relevant experience advocating for at-risk children/and or children with special needs, such as being the parent of or close family member of a child with special needs. Bilingual Wraparound Clinician

FT/40 hrs. Provide therapeutic services to children and adolescents enrolled in the Wraparound program. Develop and implement client treatment plans and provide case management. Must be AMFT or ACSW with intern number or license (position can provide supervised hours toward licensure). Position requires previous experience working with at-risk children and/or adolescents, as well as crisis intervention training. Must be a flexible, creative thinker with great organizational skills and excellent communication skills. Previous Wraparound experience is helpful. Outpatient Mental Health Administrative Asst.

FT/40hrs. Assist the Outpatient Mental Health Program in the effective coordination and completion of administrative responsibilities related to service delivery, compliance, and coordination of services. Maintains and audits client records, and update client files and ensures privacy, security and confidentiality of all client records. FT/40hrs. Assists the client in learning the skills necessary to interact successfully with adults and peers across all settings. Creates opportunity for client to practice pro-social behavior, problem solving, and coping skills which will prepare the client to transition to a less restrictive family setting with minimal reliance on formal supports.
