Wraparound Program Supervisor

FT/40 hrs. Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the Wraparound sites, monitor program compliance with Statement of Work, and serve as liaison between Wraparound offices and Olive Crest administration. Implement the directives of the Wraparound Director in areas of program administration, finance, outcomes, and treatment. Share hiring decisions, train and supervise Behavior Specialist, Facilitator, Parent Partner, and Therapist involving the Wraparound philosophy, clinical, and administrative issues. Qualified applicants must have Master’s degree, 1-2 years previous experience in Wraparound or similar program required; previous supervisory experience preferred. Bilingual Parent Partner

FT/40 hrs. Provide guidance and support to families or caregivers in a variety of environments. This position will also frequently work independently in the family’s home and in a variety of community and/or treatment settings. Serves as a liaison for parent involvement and co-facilitates parent support. Must have previous relevant experience advocating for at-risk children/and or children with special needs, such as being the parent of or close family member of a child with special needs. Bilingual Behavioral Health Specialist

FT/40 hrs. Provide direct service to children and families as identified in an individualized Wraparound plan of care. This position works independently in the family’s home and in a variety of community and/or treatment settings. Provides support services and skills training to children and family members including but not limited to behavioral modification programs, independent living skills, home management/household services, transportation assistance and temporary in-home caretaker. Qualified candidates must have Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, and 1year experience working with emotionally disturbed children in an institutional setting, or 4years’ experience working with emotionally disturbed children in an institutional setting. Maintain highly coordinated communication with all family members, system partners, and other individuals involved in the life of the child and family. FT/40 hrs. Provide therapeutic services to children and adolescents enrolled in the Wraparound program. Develop and implement client treatment plans and provide case management. Must be AMFT or ACSW with intern number or license (position can provide supervised hours toward licensure).
