Development Director

Safe Families For Children

Family Coach Coordinator

PT/20 hrs. This position will provide clinical/safety oversight for the Safe Families program, provide supervision and training of Safe Families volunteer family coaches in the partner churches and counseling/social work interns from local universities, participate in program development efforts, and provide emergency (on call) support to staff and volunteers. Program Manager

FT/40 hrs. This position has the major responsibility for the growth and development of the Safe Families program in Clark County, Nevada. This involves the building of local networks of churches, referral partners, resource providers, and child-welfare partnerships.  Will also be responsible to provide supervision and support of the regional Safe Families staff. Qualified candidates must have a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field or a Bachelor’s degree with at least five years of related experience as well as prior supervisory experience. Foster Family/Adoption

Clinical Supervisor

PT or FT.  This position will provide consultation, training and supervision to ensure clinical quality in our Foster Program. You will streamline processes and review documentation to ensure compliance with Medicaid, contracts, and best practices as well as adherence to budget/productivity requirements. Qualified candidates must be a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) or a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) and have experience providing services to children and their families. Treatment Specialist

FT/40 hrs. This position will provide therapeutic case management services to children in treatment foster homes and shelter foster homes. This includes ensuring each child’s needs are met and that each foster home is in compliance with Olive Crest policies, county policies, and state licensing regulations as well as instructing, counseling, training and supporting foster parents.
